Much needed.
Positive: The location. Easy to get to everything.
Negative: The random bugs that would show up inside. Maybe spray a bit more in between customers.
And the neighbors dogs, felt like they were going to break down the fence.

Great Option
Great option if you are traveling with your dog, especially if you don’t feel the need to be on the beach. Close to everything. Close enough to the beaches that it doesn’t eat up your whole day if you want to go for a couple hours.
