Decent place but had roaches and not cleaned well. Positive: Good central location. Coffee machine was nice. Negative: Property lacked clean kitchenware. Roaches were present in several stages of life and observed moving in and out of the crevices where the dishwasher is installed. Contact with the owner was primarily AI and chatbot driven. We were offered bug spray for the roaches but no direct contact from the owner. When we arrived the place appeared that it hadn’t been cleaned in some time and had a stale odor. We were waiting on a new home to be ready so we just dealt with the issues and wound up leaving early.
